Days of Ukulele Music and Classes at UkeFest
For music lovers, creators, and appreciators- Welcome to the 14th Annual UkeFest!
It’s the perfect time to finish off your summer filled with music. The ideal time to learn, practice, or perfect your ukulele skills.
UkeFest artistic directors Cathy Fink and Marcy Mixer return along with Herb Ohta Jr., Daniel Ward, Eve Goldberg, and more extraordinary instructors. Dedicated to teaching for five days dedicated to the small-yet-mighty music maker of the ukulele.
Registration includes eight hours of skill-based classes, five hours of choose-your-own-classes, jam sessions, admission to the student and instructor showcase, and a grand finale from Live for Lawn performance.
For any of those looking for intensive skill development, Strathmore’s UkeFest is the only program of its kind that offers an advanced track.
The UkeFest student and instructor showcase takes place Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th. Enjoy an evening performance both by amateur and professional ukulele performers. Tickets for these performances can be purchased separately from UkeFest.
